Day 01 – Auckland

On arrival at Auckland International Airport, you will be met by our representative and transfer to your hotel. After getting to the hotel and taking some rest, you can go out and discover Auckland on your own. One can take a walk along the shoreline, grab a cup of coffee at a nearby café or relax in one of the beautiful city parks.

Day 02 – Auckland – Rotorua

Following breakfast, take a ride to Rotorua that is known for its geothermal activity and Māori culture. On the way, make a break at Waitomo Glow Worm Caves. Take a boat ride through the grotto at night with the help of thousands of glow worms. Proceed to Rotorua and spend the night in the hotel.

Day 03 – Rotorua

In Rotorua, learn about the Maori culture through a Maori performance which includes song and dance that depict the relationship between the Maoris and the land. Next, head to Te Puia/Whakarewarewa Thermal Reserve to see the geothermal activity of the area including mud pools and geyser. In the afternoon visit the Agrodome where you will be offered an interesting show of sheep shearing and a brief on the history of sheep farming in New Zealand.

Day 04 – Rotorua – Huka Falls – Wellington

Depart Rotorua and journey to Wellington, New Zealand’s capital. On the way, stop to marvel at the striking Huka Falls and enjoy scenic views of Lake Taupo. Arrive in Wellington and check into your hotel.

Day 05 – Wellington

Explore Wellington, starting with a ride on the Wellington Cable Car, offering stunning views of the city. Visit Te Papa Museum, New Zealand’s national museum, and explore its diverse exhibits. See the Parliament Buildings and Old St. Paul’s Cathedral, then spend the afternoon exploring the lively waterfront and historic districts.

Day 06 – Wellington – Picton – Kaikoura

Take a ferry to Picton, crossing the Cook Strait. Upon arrival, drive to Kaikoura, a coastal town renowned for its whale watching and stunning scenery. Enjoy the picturesque drive through Marlborough, New Zealand’s prominent wine region.

Day 07 – Kaikoura – Christchurch

Start your day with a whale watching tour in Kaikoura, where you might encounter giant sperm whales, dolphins, and seals. Afterward, head to Christchurch, exploring the city’s innovative and historic sites, including the Cardboard Cathedral designed by Shigeru Ban.

Day 08 – Christchurch – Arthur’s Pass – Fox Glacier / Franz Josef

Travel to Fox Glacier, taking the scenic Great Alpine Highway through Arthur’s Pass. Enjoy the stunning landscapes and charming historic towns along the way. Arrive in Fox Glacier or Franz Josef and check into your accommodation.

Day 09 – Fox Glacier / Franz Josef – Wanaka – Queenstown

Begin the day with a helicopter ride over the glaciers (weather permitting) for breathtaking views. Later, continue to Queenstown, stopping en route at Wanaka’s Puzzling World, featuring a maze and optical illusions. Arrive in Queenstown, famous for its adventure sports and scenic beauty.

Day 10 – Queenstown – Milford Sound – Queenstown

Visit Milford Sound, a UNESCO World Heritage site, for a scenic cruise through its fjords. Admire the dramatic cliffs and serene waters, with stops at Te Anau Lake, Mirror Lakes, and other natural wonders. Return to Queenstown in the evening and enjoy a leisurely stroll around the waterfront.

Day 11 – Queenstown

Experience the thrill of a Jet Boat Ride on the Kawarau River and visit the bungee jumping site. Explore Arrowtown, a historic gold mining town, and take a Skyline Gondola ride to Bob’s Peak for panoramic views of Queenstown. In the afternoon, visit Gibbston Valley for wine tasting and explore the local food and wine culture.

Day 12 – Queenstown – Dunedin

Travel to Dunedin, known for its Scottish heritage and Victorian architecture. Visit Signal Hill Lookout for panoramic views over the city and Otago Harbour. Explore the city’s historic and architectural highlights.

Day 13 – Dunedin – Christchurch

Explore Dunedin further with visits to Baldwin Street, the world’s steepest residential street, the Dunedin Railway Station, a masterpiece of Edwardian Baroque architecture, and the Albatross Colony on the Otago Peninsula, where you can observe albatrosses up close.

Day 14 – Christchurch – Auckland

Return to Christchurch and visit the International Antarctic Centre to experience Antarctic conditions and learn about the continent’s wildlife. Explore Willow Bank Wildlife Reserve to see native species like the Tuatara and Kiwi. In the evening, fly back to Auckland.

Day 15 – Auckland – Departure to hometown

Spend your final day in Auckland exploring key landmarks. Visit the Harbour Bridge, Westhaven Marina, and Queen Street. Enjoy a scenic walk along the Auckland Waterfront and take in panoramic views from the Sky Tower Observatory Deck before heading to the airport for your departure
